So, here's the question of the hour: I could probably figure this out, but I really don't want to waste money if I'm wrong.
Let's say a hypothetical house lacks broadband, but wants to be able to access the network (connected via dialup) using wireless. What kind of hardware is needed to actually add wireless connectivity to an existing network?
Anyone know? Got recommendations? (Cheap, BTW, is good.)

What I did to add wireless to my network was get a wireless router, configure it to get the DHCP information from my wired router, and then added it as one of the devices connected to my router. So my network is:
With the wired router doing all the DHCP assignments.
