Is there any way you can insulate your sleep space/time from outside distractions? Possibly including boobie trapping the door, if that's part of the problem? *shiftyeyes*
(Have you tried just scheduling more time for sleep? I mean, it's annoying to drop off things earlier, but if, say, you need 7-8h and you schedule for 10, that gives you 2-3h wiggle-room for people waking you up or you having trouble getting to sleep or other interruptions.)
