So today I finally took the plunge, took my old authenticator (which has been getting a little ...shaky) off my wow account, and put on a mobile authenticator on my new phone, right?
And immediately found myself unable to log in to any of the wow sites.
I was all freaking out, but after a couple hours, the problem resolved itself, and posts on the forums revealed that the problem was universal and had probably nothing at all to do with my authenticator switch.
Meanwhile, I had already sent off an email support request to Blizzard about the problem.
