(no subject)

All I want.
ALL I WANT.
Is a wireless keyboard (I don't care if it's RF or bluetooth or what) which is durable, has programmable function keys someplace, and a totally standard keyboard layout. I don't need it compressed to save an inch of desktop space. No, I want all the keys to be where my fingers already know they are. I'm a touch typer; don't move my effing keys.

Why is this so impossible? All the good, reliable brands of keyboards seem to feel the need to be Inventive, particularly with the delete and insert keys.

Oh, yes, and ideally it'd be a pretty quiet board; this isn't a necessity for me since no one has to share a room with me and my typing these days, but.

WHY DOES IT NOT EXIST? I pout.

What is it with me and not being able to find the electronic gadgets I want?

LJ Feature Thoughts

Here's another couple features that'd be Nice (for paid or free, I don't care,
just give it to me!) - the ability to go forward and back within a tag or a
memory.

The ability to see /combined/ tags - all posts by friends with tag X. All posts
with tags X or Y by friend-group Z. (All posts with tags A or B by you.)

And the ability to go forward and back /without/ going back to an index page
/inside/ one of these collections, be they tags or memories, or what have you.
(Friends' page stuff would be cool that way too.)

Complicated, though. But Convenient.
