... One MORE strike against them. In college, most of the people I knew had Dells, and most of the time came to ME when something broke. Almost every time I could tell them what was broken, but could it be replaced or upgraded? Of course not! It's a dell, and uses some wonky part nobody else has ever heard of or supports. Especially on their motherboards. Bleh.
