But don't think that this is limited to geeks, Leti, or even to non-product-development types. People whose JOB it is to consider these problems often make poor choices, usually because they're trying to satisfy some customer-unrelated goal.
Definitely a bad move. Maybe they should use their Poll system to find out what users want.
