Exalted Playlist #1
Rather than trying to assemble all the songs I think are Exalted-playlist-worthy in a single post, I'm going to start making a post, maybe a day, maybe less often, focusing on one song that belongs on the playlist. These will be found under a tag 'exalted playlist' tag on my journal on either DW or LJ. I'll also be commenting whether or not the track is (currently) available on emusic, mostly because I like emusic.
So for the first song on this list, I'm going to open with Cage The Elephant's "Soil to the Sun".

You can do a LOT of things with this song. There's too many Exalted references to exclude it from an Exalted playlist, but it could be ...anything. I like it as Primordial War era best, but it also works for Great Contagion (from a Fae point of view), a Malefactor, the Great Prophecy...
But yeah. Primordial War.
