Amen to all three rants. No woman should feel /ashamed/ that she was raped, any more than anyone should feel ashamed that they were mugged, or ashamed that someone tried to kill them. It's an assault, and honestly, it's about damned time that we started treating it like one, instead of as an excuse to compare an outdated image of woman's 'virtue' to the way the real world works.
